Who we are
Renée Goodrich-James operates as Corporate Marketing Services of Augusta (CMSA), an Augusta-based hospitality coordinator. This policy describes how CMSA handles information collected through its website, homeowner property-submission workflow, secure homeowner-update links and related communications.
Information CMSA collects
Depending on how you use the website, CMSA may collect:
- Contact information, including your name, email address, mobile number, mailing address and preferred contact method.
- Property information, including the address, property details, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, availability, desired rental amount, access restrictions and homeowner notes.
- Photographs, room or area assignments, photo descriptions, marketing authorization and related submission records.
- Communication and workflow information, including secure update requests, responses, status history and verification records.
- SMS preference and consent evidence, including whether consent was provided, the mobile number associated with consent, the consent text and version, the acceptance date, source and any withdrawal date.
- Limited technical and security information needed to operate the website, maintain authenticated sessions, protect private records and diagnose service problems.
How CMSA uses information
CMSA uses this information to receive and preserve property submissions, review homes for Tournament Week housing, coordinate availability and hospitality details, prepare private client presentations, request missing information or photographs, respond to homeowners, maintain secure access and communication history, and protect the integrity of CMSA systems.
Submitting a property does not make it public. Public housing visibility, approved presentation content and approved photographs remain subject to separate CMSA review and publication controls.
SMS consent and mobile information
The registered A2P Brand is Renée Goodrich-James, operating as Corporate Marketing Services of Augusta (CMSA).
For CMSA Homeowner Messaging, CMSA collects the homeowner’s mobile phone number, preferred contact method, SMS opt-in and consent status, consent timestamp, consent version and exact consent text, consent source and, when applicable, the consent-withdrawal timestamp.
CMSA uses this SMS information only to provide the homeowner messaging services requested: transactional and informational messages about property submissions, missing property details or photographs, secure property-update requests and Tournament Week housing coordination; to process opt-out or help requests; and to maintain required consent records.
SMS opt-in data and messaging consent are used only to provide the CMSA homeowner messaging services you requested.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories and uses described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent from sharing with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. CMSA does not transfer SMS consent to another business or use it as consent for unrelated marketing.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a property: homeowners may choose Email as their contact method. A mobile number by itself does not establish consent, and the consent checkbox is never preselected.
SMS message frequency varies based on property-submission and update activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. For support, contact info@cmsagolf.com.
Service providers
CMSA may use service providers that support website hosting, secure data storage, authentication, forms, email delivery, system monitoring and other operational functions. These providers may process information only on CMSA’s behalf and only as needed to provide those operational services or meet legal and security obligations.
This operational processing does not permit any service provider, third party or affiliate to use, share, sell, rent or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data or messaging consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
Advertising conversion measurement
With your permission, CMSA uses Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether our advertising leads to a completed corporate inquiry. Google may receive advertising identifiers, IP address and browser/device information, information about the page visited, and an opaque inquiry reference used to prevent duplicate conversion reporting. Advertising cookies may be stored or accessed.
We do not include your name, email address, telephone number, company, or inquiry-form responses in the conversion event. Enhanced conversions and advertising personalization are disabled in this implementation.
You can accept or reject advertising measurement and change your choice later through Cookie settings in the footer. Advertising measurement stays off until you accept. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals suppress this measurement. Rejecting advertising measurement does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry.
We store your advertising choice on this browser for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. Withdrawal stops future conversion reporting; it does not retract information already sent. A consent update may be sent to Google when you withdraw after its tag has loaded. These settings apply to this Google Ads measurement integration; they do not change existing essential site functions or Wix services.
Data security and retention
CMSA uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to keep private homeowner records separate from public property presentations and to limit access to authenticated, authorized workflows. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
CMSA retains information for as long as reasonably needed to manage the property-submission and housing-coordination relationship, preserve consent and communication records, maintain security and meet applicable business or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may choose Email instead of text messaging. If you have provided SMS consent, you may withdraw it by replying STOP to a CMSA text message or by contacting CMSA. You may also ask CMSA to review or correct your homeowner contact information.
